Clean room and family-friendly with both indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast had limited options and could use more variety. Fun local attractions like The Great Escape and mini golf nearby. Room soundproofing was not great, heard kids running in the halls. Overall a decent place to stay.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Indoor pool could be warmer. Very close to The Great Escape and mini golf. Breakfast options were pretty standard. Would stay again.

The staff always greets you with a smile. The breakfast offers fresh waffles and there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby.
The carpets in the main stairs could use a good vacuuming.

Country Inn & Suites offers a fantastic breakfast selection including sausage gravy biscuits and waffle machines. The room layout, featuring a separate living area, was perfect for our family, complemented by a convenient fridge and microwave—essential for our kids. The location is also ideal for summer activities.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt freshly changed. The room was clean and equipped with everything advertised, but maintenance could use attention—there were cobwebs in the corners and a strange odor from the bathroom vent. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant level. Noise was minimal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I appreciated the included breakfast, though the options were limited and not particularly fresh. The staff's friendliness varied greatly; some were attentive while others seemed indifferent.

Smart choice for a momentary pause in Lake George with good price-value balance. Comfortable sleeping room with great pillows.

The hotel offers a superb stay just a quick drive away from Lake George and a short stroll to many restaurants and shopping outlets which made it easy to explore the area while enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms with top-notch amenities including hot breakfast, three waffle machines, and spacious indoor and outdoor pools; while I experienced a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning unit in my room, the overall fantastic service and the abundance of things to do nearby makes me eager to return.

Conveniently located near shopping and activities, this hotel has many strengths. The breakfast was delightful, especially on Sundays. Both pools were warm and inviting, and the outdoor fire pit added a nice touch. Staff were exceptional; BobbyJo assisted with ease during my room transition. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. noise issues arose with rowdy guests, and staff response was lacking at first. Cleanliness could improve—hallway carpets were in need of attention. Some facilities needed a deep clean, including the breakfast area. A few minor adjustments could elevate the experience immensely. I'd return, but hoping for better management in handling disruptions.

Exceptional breakfast with plenty of hot options. Friendly staff made a big difference; you always felt welcomed. The spacious room was a treat, perfect for unwinding, but the indoor pool could use better management—mostly packed with kids, and the chlorine was intense. The noise from the furnace made it tough to sleep, and I’d prefer a more accommodating approach to guests' comfort. Still, the outdoor fire pit was a lovely spot to chat with others.

Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotless. The jacuzzi area got overcrowded with kids, not very relaxing.

Our room was nice, but the check-in process was a total mess. They couldn't print my charges until after I checked out, which was super frustrating. I just wanted clarity on what I was being billed for before leaving.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options like sausage gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurt. The friendly staff and clean atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location allowed easy access to attractions such as the Arcade, Miniature golf, Saratoga Race Tracks, and Lake Placid.
The pool could have opened earlier to accommodate guests who like to swim in the morning. Additionally, the hot tub situation was not ideal, as they allowed a large group with potentially unsanitary practices.

The room's heating kept us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings, while the air conditioning helped us stay comfortable during the warmer parts of the day. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we felt like it. The sitting area was a nice spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very soundproofed, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times, which was a bit distracting. It would have been nice to have some garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors even more. The sink in the bathroom was convenient, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. having a shared kitchen would have been beneficial to prepare their meals. The am/fm alarm clock and flat, screen TV were modern amenities that added to our comfort. The carpeted floor felt plush underfoot, but we did notice some stains that could benefit from a deep cleaning. Although we didn't utilize room service, it was a nice option to have for those wanting a meal brought to their room. The lack of a grocery shopping service was a downside to stock up on essentials easily. The availability of shops/commercial services on, site was convenient, but we found the laundry service to be lacking. Having to pay for laundry detergent and dryer tissues was a small inconvenience that could have been avoided by providing them complimentary. our stay at Country had its ups and downs, but we enjoyed the comfortable amenities and convenient location between Lake George and Glens Falls.

The breakfast had many choices and friendly staff. The outdoor fire pit was cozy and great for socializing. The hotel is conveniently located near amusement parks, water parks, and restaurants.
The hot tub jets didn't work well, and the pool was too cold. The rooms were noisy, especially if facing the pool area.

The pools are great for kids, and the staff is super friendly. You can grab snacks anytime at the lobby and there's a good breakfast too.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it.

The Sunset Dinner Ride at Mountain View Rocking B Ranch was a peaceful escape with soothing horseback ride up Beech Mountain. The Great Escape offered heart-racing roller coasters and fun family attractions for endless excitement all day.
My children wished for a dedicated kids' play area in the hotel for more family-friendly activities.

My friends and I had a blast at The Great Escape & Hurricane Harbor, getting our adrenaline fix on crazy roller coasters and water slides, and the live entertainment was lit! Afterwards, we hopped on a relaxing dinner cruise across Lake George, enjoying the beautiful views and delicious food.
Wish there was a happening nightclub nearby for us young party animals to dance the night away after our fun-filled days! .

I hiked, biked, and golfed—fancied myself quite the adventurer. The art collection was posh, and the cruises on the lake were a delight. Got more excited thinking about the extended hotels worldwide pool gossip.
Oh joy, power outages and leaks—felt like living grandly in a horror movie.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to Lake George, Glens Falls, and plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel had great amenities, including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and a spa & wellness center. The staff were the highlight of our stay, with the day staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. we had a wonderful experience as couples guests.
Theme park noise was sometimes audible from our room.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The king suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the pressure in the shower was impressive. Being close to restaurants and an ice cream stand was a plus, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. I’ll recommend this hotel.
